Return & Refund Policy

We want you to love your glowing squish animal! If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.


Returns

We offer a 15-day return policy — you have 15 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in its original condition and packaging.
  • You’ll need proof of purchase (such as your order number or receipt).

To start a return, send us a message through Contact Us page. Once your return is approved, we’ll provide instructions and a return shipping label if applicable.
Items sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.


Damages or Issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately at through Contact Us page so we can make it right.


Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

  • Used or visibly damaged squish toys
  • Items marked as final sale

Exchanges

To get a different item, please return your original item once approved and place a new order separately.


European Union Customers

If your order was shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return it within 14 days, for any reason. Returned items must be unused, in original condition and packaging, with proof of purchase.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll let you know if the refund is approved. If so, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Processing times vary by bank or payment provider.
